The Challenge
The client's existing tooling was built on a decade-old monolith that couldn't scale to their growing enterprise customer base. Security analysts faced slow dashboards, limited reporting, and no mobile access — all while dealing with a rising volume of daily threat events.
Our Solution
We architected a cloud-native multi-tenant SaaS platform on AWS with a React frontend and Node.js microservices backend. Real-time threat feeds were ingested via Kafka and displayed on a live WebSocket-driven dashboard. A mobile-first responsive design ensured analysts could respond from any device.
Deep Dive
The new platform introduced role-based access control (RBAC) allowing enterprise clients to grant scoped access to their security teams across different regions. Automated playbooks reduced manual analyst workload by triggering predefined responses to common threat signatures.
